The EX Tennis Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to removing all financial limitations from the sport of tennis, making tennis available to every one. Through its many programs, the EX Tennis Foundation welcomes and develops players of all ages.
Supported by community leaders and organizations, The EX Tennis Foundation continues to build its reputation as a leader in helping tennis grow in Cincinnati and across the nation.
Programs offered through the EX Tennis Foundation have engaged all types of tennis players, from beginners to National Champions.
The Foundation manages several programs ranging the entire gambit of the sport. We offer free programs in schools and the community, teach tennis to a wide range of recreational players and help to develop high performance competitors.
We have realized that the biggest hurdle in growing tennis at all of these levels is financial and we are determined to remove this obstacle!
The Academy portion of the Excellence Tennis Foundation was founded in 2001 by Matt Dektas, a tennis community leader and Craig Boynton a ATP Tour Coach..
Since its inception, over $5 million in tennis scholarships have been awarded, and hundreds of players have been placed in America's top universities.
In 2015, The EX Tennis Foundation was formed, with the focus to make tennis affordable and accessible to everyone. and courts.

The Five Seasons Family Sports Clubs are premier tennis clubs in the Midwest. The EX Program is offered at all 3 locations and Excellence Tennis Foundation Scholarships are available. The clubs are equipped with hard and clay tennis courts and complete fitness complexes, including speed and agility training, yoga and personal trainers.

Monday – Thursday: 5:30 am – 10:00 pm
Friday 5:30: am – 9:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 am – 8:00 pm
